HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can make a reservation if you go to "Book Online", choose the service you wish to book and when you would like to book it for. You will then be redirected to a page to enter you card details, make the payment and secure your booking.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY?
Any session needs to be paid in full when booking and payment be received before the consultation.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DID NOT LIKED IT?
I do not refund the session if it was done.
If you feel the messages are not resonating with you, please let me know within 10min (no later) of the consultation starting. The session will be stopped and free of charge.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING TIME/DATE?
Yes, you can change your booking time/date by contacting me by email: hkh@outlook.com.au or through "Contact" in the menu.
Kindly note I only accept the change of time/date until 2 days before the booking.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
I do not cancel bookings (unless exceptional circumstances).
CAN YOU DO CONSULTATIONS OVER THE PHONE?
All my consultations are done through phone, WhatsApp, messenger or Zoom. Distance does not impair the quality of the service.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT MY CONSULTATION TO BE LIKE?
Each session is unique. and tailored to your need.
HOW LONG DOES EACH READING/HEALING SESSION TAKE?
A consultation is 45min.
WHAT ARE THE CHAKRAS?
They are energetical centres that we have on our physical body and our etherical bodies. They are 7 principal chakras but chakras continues on the etherical bodies too. I always work on the 9 chakras.
WHAT IS THE AURA?
The Aura is, in a nut shell, the energetical field surrounding the physical body. You can find in the aura many information on the individual (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual).
